Thank you for shopping with Shattered Stars. We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before initiating a return.

1. Return Eligibility

  • You may request a return within 30 calendar days of the delivery date.
  • Returned items must be in brand new, unworn, and undamaged condition, with all original packaging and tags attached.
  • Customized, personalized, or made-to-order jewelry items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged, unless there is a verified manufacturing defect.
  • Sale items purchased at a discount of 50% or more are final sale and not eligible for return.

2. Return Process

All returns require prior approval from our customer service team. Please do not send items back without contacting us first; unsolicited returns will not be processed.
To start a return:
  1. Email us at ShatteredStars@kkwswj.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
  2. Our team will review your request within 24 business hours and provide you with a return authorization and return shipping instructions.
  3. Securely package the item and ship it to the return address provided. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for items lost in return transit.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error (wrong item sent, manufacturing defect, or item damaged upon arrival).

3. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 2-3 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that your bank or payment provider may take an additional 3-5 business days to post the refund to your account.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is a result of our error.

4. Exchanges

We offer exchanges for the same item in a different size, if available. To request an exchange, follow the same return process outlined above.
  • If the requested item is out of stock, we will issue a full refund instead.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and the shipping cost of the replacement item, unless the exchange is due to our error.

5. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:
  • Custom or personalized jewelry
  • Final sale / clearance items
  • Items that show signs of wear, damage, or misuse
  • Items returned after the 30-day return window

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the damage/defect. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you, and cover all associated shipping costs.
