1. Order Processing Time
- All orders are processed and shipped from our fulfillment center in Dayton, New Jersey.
- Orders placed before 2:00 PM ET on business days will be prioritized for same-day processing. Orders placed after 2:00 PM, on weekends, or on U.S. public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
- Standard order processing time is 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). During peak sales periods such as holiday seasons, large promotional events, and Black Friday, order processing may take 3-7 business days.
2. Domestic Shipping (United States)
We offer multiple shipping options for orders within the contiguous United States:
- Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 3-5 business days, priced at $4.99.
- Expedited Shipping: Estimated delivery within 2-3 business days, priced at $9.99.
- Free Standard Shipping: All orders over $50 qualify for free standard shipping, with an estimated delivery time of 3-5 business days.
Delivery times are estimates and begin from the date of shipment, not the date of order placement. We do not guarantee delivery dates, as delays may occur due to weather, carrier operational issues, or other factors outside our reasonable control.
3. Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii & PO Boxes
- We ship to Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories via standard shipping only, with an estimated delivery time of 7-14 business days. Additional shipping fees will be calculated at checkout based on the specific location.
- We deliver to PO Box addresses via USPS. Please note that expedited shipping service is not available for PO Box addresses.

5. Shipping Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a unique tracking number. You can use this number to track your package in real time directly through the carrier's official website.
If you do not receive your tracking email within 7 business days of placing your order, please check your spam or junk folder first, or contact our customer service team for assistance.
6. Lost, Stolen or Damaged Packages
- If your tracking status shows the package as delivered but you have not received it, please contact us within 7 days of the stated delivery date. We will assist you in filing a claim with the shipping carrier.
- If your package arrives with visible external damage, please keep all original packaging and contents intact, and contact us immediately with photos of the package and damaged items. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund for you.
- We are not responsible for packages lost, stolen, or returned due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer.
7. Address Changes
If you need to update or correct your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible before your order is dispatched. Once an order has been shipped, we cannot modify the shipping address or redirect the package.
